Has anyone won unauthorised chargebacks before?

I have gone through the AU threads but couldn't find anything related to whether any seller has successfully won an unauthorised chargeback before?

Buyer has left me positive feedback and I have tracking number via Australia Post Click and send as well as physical lodgement receipt.

I will speak to Australia Post in person after the long weekend to see whether the parcel has gone astray or what has happened.

In USA, you will win nearly every one of them if you have a tracking number showing delivery to the buyers confirmed address.

AU is probably the same, but I don't know for sure.

In UK you also pretty much solid if you have proof of delivery stating address

If tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the PP registered and confirmed address - you win it.

Its true. As long as you have proof of delivery you should be fine.
Dont see it being different in Aus.

Unauthorized claims are almost always easy to win, especially if its a physical product and you have tracking. Even for digital goods, you will win most of them if the user paid using his normal ip etc, as paypal would know he's just trying to file a fraudulent claim
