Well this also tells you as a BUYER.......... If the seller doesnt send an item....Dont file a dispute saying you didnt get it(unless insured).....File a SND instead and you send back a box with dirty rags and get your money back from paypal...........I love insurance If they say they didnt get it(and didnt) I make even more from the postal insurance......I always 2x the price the buyer paid and then print my own receipt. Works to "those" countries always loosing stuff.
