So it says my eBay fees will be charged to my PayPal account on April 15-17th if I have enough to cover it in my PayPal am I good to go just let it pay automatically? Do I need to change any setting like payment preferred?

Is one time payment good with PayPal because that's what I did

Yes, one time payment or linking and letting it be done automatically, it is fine.

I always do it manually just to avoid any possible "glitches"....
