Paypal is getting beyond unreasonable !!!

Ok this is getting completely out of hand ridiculous! So I opened an eBay and Paypal account in Sep 2008, both on the same day. I haven't touched them until May of this year. So I sold a set of golf clubs for about $500 (CAN). Got the payment and was immediately put on 21 days hold. So I begun to sell another set of clubs and all of a sudden I received a positive feedback from my first buyer so they released my funds. Not even a few hours later my Paypal account was limited (can not send or request money yet I am allowed to receive money) They requested for me to update my phone number, provide proof of delivery and photo ID. So I verified my number and provided them with a tracking number so those were check marked. Then about a week later I sent them my photo ID. It shows it's still in progress. Right after I send them my photo ID I get a bunch of new verifications WTF!!! Now they want me to confirm Social Security Number (SSN). How am I going to provide them with SSN when this is a Canadian Paypal account with a Canadian address? WTF is going with Paypal! We have Social Insurance Number here in Canada (SIN). They also want me to provide Business Information. What business information can I provide them if I only sold 2 sets??? This is absurd! They also want me to provide them with Supplier Contact Info and Provide Invoices. So all in all I have to have 10 check mark sso they can review my account and tell me if they are satisfied with what I have provided them with.

Do you realize it's a stealth account ? Calls are forwarded to my cellhpone. So what am I going to say if they are going to ask me for supplier info, how am I going to provide them with such information. What if they ask me for SIN ?

Figure out how to manipulate documents and show them what they want to see. They don't really care if the documents are authentic.

Yes BUT how am I going to provide them with Social Security Number SSN when my account is Canadian and I could only provide them with Social Insurance Number SIN ????

Wow, I never knew they are now are asking to SIN number. Call paypal, tell them this is a Canadian account and that I do not have a ssn number. They can not ask for SIN since Canadian laws are very strict on that.

Yes but if I call them like everyone suggested here then they might ask me questions and find out my real number. Because I am using a forwarding number to my mobile and I know that you can't hide your id caller from Paypal even if you block it.

don't call paypal toll free number try calling paypal regular number that has a area code and call that number blocked

UPDATE!

Just wanted to let everyone know that both my eBay and Paypal acounts were reinstated. I wonder if they are going to limit me again. By the way THANK YOU ORION AND GREENBEAN and everyone else who tried to help.

I provided EVERYTHING they asked me inlucing photo id, supplier info, invoice, tracking number, phone verification, creditcard verification and my SOUL.

Lyda business without rules can not prosper. If there are no rules in place people tend to abuse it.
