Just to be clear, A. Can I add a visa giftcard as my credit card in paypal to get verified, and B. if not I can use my Visa debit card just by changing the name as long as the address / zip code matches? |

btw guys I suggest trying different cards. Ones not heard of yet. Theres always new ones coming out. Ebay can not keep up with it. Theres my 2 cents and what Im going to do today. |

Yeah many new cards comeing out every day as well as new Vcc cards for sale from online fourms such as talkgold. Just post your non working findings here and keep the working ones seceret to your selfs. |

With somewhere in the neighborhood of 50k total debit-type cards and many of those being VCC, gift, or prepaid cards... if you get away from the ones mentioned - your odds of success increase dramatically. |
It would be grat if we can have updated list of cards which DON'T work any more and they did work recently, like Amex. |

I can't comment on use of Discover cards but I would recommend bank gift credit cards - yes the fee for activation is high'ish 3.95-4.95 but once you register it online in the SAME details as your account you should be good to go.
Point of note: NEVER use the exact same card for multiple accounts - HUGE link. |
