it is pretty much what you would expect actually. It was obvious they were just giving empty threats and were 'all mouth and no trousers'....when it became legal, they stopped, for now anyway. Leave it be, do not reply to any threats or comments.....

I agree. I'm not going to reply further. There are little bits of comments that have started appearing but I'll let it be for now. I've been updating on my other site all of the other perverted stuff my PI has been uncovering on the internet about him prostituting out his wife. We had originally thought it was a long time ago thing but it looks like he's still doing it and it's just sick. These people are pushing 70 years old and that sort of thing just shouldn't be happening. Yuck!

After almost 4 months of being offline due to my online stalker, my Amazon store and webpage are now up and running again. No name change - same as it's been for over ten years. Let's see if this psycho tries to attack my account again.

Thanks so much. It looks like this psycho has resurfaced and started back with his threatening comments. Now he claims he's coming to Texas in the next few days to meet with a federal agent due to a "white powdery substance" he says I put in the Cease and Desist letter that was mailed to him. He is so full of crap! He makes up all of these stories in his head and he actually believes them. That's how far gone he is. He believes absolutely every word of what his mind conjures up. Doesn't he realize how stupid he looks? He doesn't seem to even care. It's just beyond anything I can comprehend. My PI and I are gathering information, photos and online records that will be turned over to the Round Lake Police and Lake County Sheriff's office to hopefully have him prosecuted for current and past crimes. The file is quite lengthy already. There is no other word to describe him other than SCUM!

This guy is really losing it. Now he seems to think I'm overloading on fear and desperation (which is laughable), and he says he made a trip to Texas (which he never did) and put some letter about me in to the hands of the FBI (what a wacko), that he has somehow remotely downloaded a worm or ransomware or trojan horse on my computer, and suddenly now HE has an attorney and a private investigator (although the last attorney he had is now serving nine years in the Illinois Department of Corrections). This psycho idiot has no clue to the amount of attention that he's already brought upon himself. He just keeps digging a deeper and deeper hole for himself.

If I were you, I'd block ALL forms of contact and lines of communication with this guy.

Nothing good can come from continuing.

If this were some guy on Xbox or something, you could continue to troll him for laughs. But this all started with a THREAT and DAMAGE to your personal business. Remember that! If you can hurt his bottom line by getting his account removed from Amazon, DO IT. If you can have his buyer privileges revoked, DO IT. But provoking him without reason [other than to make him suffer emotionally] is counter-productive. I would keep any and all correspondence from now on civil and business only. Just document EVERYTHING he says/does to you, just in case you ever need to send info to Amazon or law enforcement, and otherwise just move on and keep eyes in the back of your head on Amazon.

Also, should he ever post something negative about you to a site like Youtube, not only would you likely have legal grounds for a defamation suit, but you could have the video removed right away for TOU violations of "bullying and harassment".

No, Bob is not my PI. I honestly do not know who this person is or how the name came into play. I have asked this psycho to tell me how he thinks I'm connected to this "Bob" guy but all he keeps saying is he's the person providing me with all of my information which isn't true. Maybe Bob is someone from his past. Now that this psycho has posted Bob's info my PI will check him out and see how he fits into the equation. This psycho has screwed over many people in his life and it hasn't been hard to find them. They are more than willing to come forward and give us whatever we need (if they have it) to even the score. He has lived his life running scams and trying to hatch get-rich-quick schemes. Nothing has ever worked. Along the way he has dabbled in illegal activity that continues to this day. He's taken up way too much of my time and my PI and I have pretty much all we need to cause him all kinds of grief. Amazon doesn't really seem to care at this point so what I think we'll do is just sit back and see if he tires out pretty soon and goes away. It looks like he's turned his attention to this "Bob" fella...probably because he sees that he's not getting anywhere with me. He's terribly unstable and his mind doesn't work right. He's filled with so much hate.

I just reported him to the Lake County Sheriff's Office. They are going to review the site thoroughly and said it could take several days to evaluate everything they read. We'll see what happens.

P.S. The "attorney" he is referring to is currently serving time in the Illinois Department of Corrections for three counts of Theft (Class 1 Felony). He stole $1,229,744.36 from clients that was designated to go to local charities from the estates of deceased family members. I don't believe that he is really in contact with this person because suddenly - out of the blue - he now has an attorney and he has used this person in the past before he was incarcerated.

It appears that this lunatic now has someone in Las Vegas ordering children's films from me and having them shipped to a strip club there. I didn't make the connection at first and accidentally let one of the orders go through and shipped it earlier this week. Something about the address struck me as odd when the second and third orders came in. I called the phone number tied to the buyer's name and it was not a working number (no surprise there). I then Google'd the address and found it was a Hispanic strip club. This psycho often spoke of having Hispanics working for him in his mail order DVD porn business and he alluded to having contacts in Vegas strip clubs so I decided not to take the risk and I cancelled the two orders. I notified Amazon via phone and emailed Seller Performance so that it wouldn't affect my metrics. Another order from the same person going to the same address with the same telephone number just came in today and I cancelled it as well. This psycho made reference a few days ago to a "situation" that would happen in the upcoming days that would impact my business financially so maybe this is what he was referring to (i.e., having someone place multiple orders and then leave enough negative feedback to damage my account). I would rather cancel all orders then risk multiple negative feedbacks simultaneously that could suspend my account for below average ODR. There's a remote possibility (albeit a tiny one in my mind) that one thing isn't related to the other but I really need to go with my gut instinct.

You need to be hiring a lawyer and getting an injunction or something, if you haven't already. This is business interference and it's not an overly stringent thing to prove.

I do have a legal team who will work with me to file a restraining order and defamation suit if need be. The problem is that I don't have any FACTS tying the Vegas strip club to this psycho person. Amazon is currently investigating the buyer's account to see if any rules were violated. The orders keep coming in during the deep night which is when I know this psycho is on his computer typing up his new attacks and threats to me. I'm working with my PI to try and find a link - if one exists - between the two. Could it be that the psycho created a second Amazon account using somebody's else's info to order from me? Not sure. I'll have to see how this plays out.

I have had to cancel 4 more orders going to the Las Vegas strip club that this psycho lunatic is doing. I'm not sure if he has created a new Amazon account for ordering or if there really is such a person at that location to receive the items. I Google'd the location and it is a non-English speaking establishment and the photos clearly depicted strippers, stripper poles and all of the necessary "props". I received an email from the "person" at the shipping destination whose name is on the Amazon buyer account (I truly believe it was the psycho idiot) and this person told me that he didn't appreciate the canceled orders and that if I canceled another one he would report it to Amazon. He said these movies were for his church group. The movies he ordered were Disney laserdiscs. I replied that I found it odd that children's films were being shipped to a strip club and that the phone number tied to his account is not a working number because I did try to call him. I told him I would gladly ship all orders to the church if he would supply that address on his Amazon account along with a working phone number that I could contact him on. I further told him that Amazon had already been alerted of the cancellations and they gave me the authorization to do it. So, I waited and waited and waited and never received a reply. I then canceled the remaining order.

Now today I receive yet another order for a children's laserdisc going to a location where the psycho's wife is a known prostitute and where the psycho is known to have lived. He is trying to legitimize this order by having it shipped to a residential location with a phone number that is active. He has placed a message on the bad buyer blog that his "team" is now active nationwide and ready to bring me down. So, is it possible that this latest order is his doing? I'm 95% positive so I canceled it and notified Amazon. That makes 10 orders I've had to cancel in three days. A few days ago this psycho alluded to something that would happen over the weekend that was going to cost me money and I would be begging him to make it stop. Maybe this is what he was referring to.

I just don't understand why somebody would want to live their life day after day, week after week, and month after month with nothing more to do then plotting someone else's demise (and yet nothing works). Good grief.

I don't know about your full story since this thread is quite long

But I know one thing for sure soon your account will be closed since you cancelling order etc
Amazon seller support is useless and always give wrong information and once they closed your account they will not even reply to your emails

In your case my advice is to stop selling products on this store

For Amazon buyers are very important and they don't think from your point of view they need solid link to prove it's same person which is not possible since this guy seems very clever and maybe member of this group never know!

He know how to play with Amazon system

Thank you for the input but I do not plan on vacating Amazon. I am not going to allow this psycho to run me off. Since November Amazon has been really helpful. I've been following all of their instructions and advice and they've so far done everything that that said they'd do. The seller who is attacking me is on their radar in a huge way. I feel pretty confident based on my conversations with my Amazon account rep that consequences for him will be forthcoming. We as sellers need to continue to stand up against these bullies and take them down. As long as people keep running then positive change will never happen.

I hope you win, but in the case that you do not and lose the account, the damage would be contained.
