Yes, there are messages between me and the original psycho buyer on Amazon’s system. There are pages and pages of them because when he tried to scam me last year he emailed me relentlessly. He wouldn’t stop. I reported him twice to Amazon and the messages finally stopped. The original account is still up and the 20+ items he ordered from me are for sale there (the same ones that he claimed were damaged and not received).

The thing is, his seller account looks stellar. All metrics are fantastic. He gets glowing reports daily from his buyers and always adds such polite comments that make him look like Mother Theresa. That is a far cry from the vile and filthy-mouthed stuff he says about me on the buyer blog. I’m sure his seller account is what Amazon is looking at and as long as it stays stellar he will never be gone. He takes great care to keep that in good standing.

I don’t know how he created that seller account to scam me on again. My PI has uncovered a definite link between this psycho buyer and the ship-to strip club address. I think he just needed a place to have the orders shipped that would not draw attention to himself and he really didn't care if there was a legitimate person there to receive them or not. This was all to claim either damage or non-receipt or leave negative feedback to get me suspended. Unfortunately for him, I only shipped one order so only one chance to leave feedback. Amazon cut off his ability to leave feedback on orders 2-9.

Are you really employing a PI or are you just googling their info? I don't see why you'd spend money on this when it's getting you no where. Open a new shop and move on with your life.

That lunatic will never resort to suing since the eyes of the law are upon him. In fact, he was being watched before I ever came into the picture. He's had many near misses with law enforcement in his town. All of his claims about having an investigator and an attorney you could line the bottom of a bird cage with.

I really have employed a private investigator. I paid him an initial retainer (which was hardly anything) and after he saw what I was dealing with he agreed to go pro bono. I'm not his only client and he has access to so many databases that he can locate info in minutes that would take me days to find - if I even could.

Keeping on with what you're doing is one sure way he keeps on looking. I personally find it incredibly weird that someone would dig into this man's personal life and relatives over an attempt at some free VHS tapes of all things. It seems like you antagonized him to the point that he found harassing you to be a worthy cause. If you blocked the scam and just moved on like most sellers none of this would be going on right now.

I hate to say it but I think you're just as guilty. Bringing up poor people resulting to prostitution or whatever the wife is involved in is something I nor any other seller should have known due to a buyer dispute.

You're approaching this from the standpoint of someone with a level head but this psycho has no logic. He was not going to stop. When it first started I did ignore it and walk away. His entire outlook on life is how can he easily scam the next person. And if his target tries to intervene in that endeavor he goes after them in the same manner he did me. I’ve received several emails from Ebay sellers who told stories very similar to mine and their experience has been almost identical to mine. There is no walking away from this guy. When he has you in his sights he will never let up. I tried to go back and continue selling but his attacks got more aggressive and I was only trying to defend myself from it. I didn't hire the PI to look into his past and research his family and personal life. I just wanted to find something I could use against him to get him to leave me alone.

I agree with you there but, in my defense, I only went that route when he had already attacked me. Was it right? No. I don't believe in "an eye for an eye" but you just kind of have to put yourself in my shoes and being called all of those vile names (that I can't repeat here) and having someone verbally attacking you day after day in such a disgusting way would send most people over to their dark sides. That's why I did what I did to put a stop to his postings and I don't respond to anything anymore.

If I went after every buyer or person who has called me names I'd be busy until hell freezes over. Being a woman myself I've had my share of vile, evil comments and you've got to learn to shrug it off. You're letting some random scrub dictate your life when you could make many more shops, keep selling, branch out your platforms and not sit around for going on two months worrying and thinking about this pos. Damage is done, start again and go back to making money.

Yes, I agree. This was just all new to me. I've never had to deal with this before. Stupid me thought I could just give this psycho person a piece of my mind and move on but that turned out not to be the case. In ten years of selling I've never come across someone as demented as this.

Although I just received confirmation that someone from this site turned me in to Amazon for posting this psycho buyer's personal information on the buyer blog site. Unbelievable! He/she apparently never took the time to look at the original postings to see that he outed himself and all of my public information became newsworthy fodder for him. It wasn't only my name but it was names of "family members" and the names and addresses of neighbors who live (or used to live) all around me. I put the quotes around the "family members" because those aren't people related to me but they're related to someone and didn't deserve to have him post their names in public.
