Just buy a stealth Paypal.
I didn't realise or appreciate before... Paypal is the one that you need to be worried about verifying.

Get a Paypal acc that is verified.
Then just register your own ebay and build up.

Do ebay ever ask for verification details?
I asked in another thread and the answer was no they don't (I think).

What am I missing?

You can do it that way, too. Doesn't really matter. The verification is so simple that it's hardly an obstacle.

If you are buying a paypal account, they come with an ebay account.....

The super high initial starting limits are why most buyers here choose to buy the eBay and Paypal at the same time. Period.
