Advice Needed

Hello I'm planning on using a family member's info for a new stealth account for ebay/paypal. I want to create a long term account that doesn't have to worry about the 20k/yr limit. The area I really need guidance around is the LLC/taxes area. Would I create the LLC using my name/address or my relative's info?

Alright I haven't told them yet but I'm going to today and am confident they'll let me use their info (close relative of mine). Why? Could you tell me where it would go wrong?

If you mess up and they go after your family member, are you confident that you can fix it and not let them hanging?

Not to mention you most likely will lose trust ?

I just don't see the merit in this comparing to making your own accounts

I was thinking about forming a Multi-Member LLC and have them be involved in the business while just using their details for eBay and PayPal.

How would y'all go about forming a long term account with access to a family member's details for eBay and PayPal?
