If yes why can guests see this forum ?

Yup, this is the VIP section. And no guests shouldn't be able to access it.

After reading this, I tried to copy the username profile link of OP, opened it in incognito, went to click on find all posts by user, and I was able to see the thread.

Is it a glitch of aspkin ?

The reason being, while reading some posts of one forum member on my other divice withou logjn, I accidently reached to the VIP section and was at a loss so when you mentioned above message I thought lets give it a try and this method worked.
