Default Ebay snooping around on here?

Hi everyone.

I have been trying to find other posts about ebay snoops so I am not sure if this has been mentioned before.

What if ebay is watching this forum and getting info and ideas on how to make its security even more strict by acting on forum members contributions and experiences etc?? I know that everyone im sure has thought of that already but does it not seem to be an issue if ebay has got snoops and maybe registered forum members on here (like double agents :-) lurking and gathering ideas on how to counteract ideas.

I recently purchased the eBay Stealth ebook which is very very informative but would it not be fair to say that ebay already have this also and planning on how to combat these methods and ideas. I guess its just keeping one step ahead all the time that seems to be the trick.

yes that is always a concern, however if they clamp down too hard on the general public it will leave a situation where NOBODY can register, they are dumb, but surely not that dumb

Right, there is only so much they can do and once they go to far.. it's like shooting their self in the foot. They can't do that.

So the goal of the forum and eBay Stealth is to be one step ahead and find more legit and long term ways to stay selling. I think we're doing a pretty good job so far.

Yeah im sure they have bought the stelth guide and read it over many times lol And yes both ebay and paypal comes to these fourms to read up on any tips we might have like IE: When i listed the method here how to cash out useing Pp plugin then shortly after pp made it to where u had to provied a SSN to use the plugin. The most important rule is keep all glitchs/backdoors and tricks to your selfs and out of the forums.

Over the last couple of weeks that I have been a forum member, I have thought about this too. And after posting to a few threads and also reading responses on other threads I have come to the conclusion that there are some tricks that are kept out of the forums and are probably PM'ed to people that have been around long enough that the Executives and above know that they are not "spies'.

This is understandable. It takes awhile, but after you have read the Stealth Book a few times and also bury yourself in the forums for awhile you are able to put 2 and 2 together and come up with answers that are not spelled out specifically.

Yeah as most people say, they will only end up shooting themselves in the foot the more selective they become with their security.

Will there ever be an other auction site in the near future that will compete with ebay? I have tryed the next biggest - ebid - but nobody buys. Ebay continue to have the online auction monopoly and will have for a long time to come

If you have anything super sensitive just tell doughboykilla: that way it will no longer work

Seri-arse, be discreet. Use pms. Think about what you post
