3 debit cards compromised..simon.com not secure?

Ive had 3 cards compromised in the last 6 months..The only single merchant these cards have had in common are purchases from simon.com..Anyone else had their payment cards for simon gift cards compromised?

Oh well if no one here has that problem maybe its not simon.com. Could be another vendor but only constant has been simon.com
