Default Stealth accounts and paypal

I have a handful of stealth accounts now and i'm reluctant to start selling anything through them.

I have vero items in mind and i also considering buying some second hand lots to sell to mix it up a little.

Whats stopping me is knowing that paypal will ask for invoices etc. I mean if i am selling second hand and vero then i wont be able to produce invoices. Is it actually possible to never be asked for invoices by paypal?

Also lets say i decide to sell lots of second hand ONLY, i have many items listed and all sell for in the region of £4 then will this never be asked for ID and invoices because it isnt such a high risk?

second hand goods that are not branded normally dont get asked questions, but I have been asked a couple of times about both second-hand and new non-branded items, and I was able to 'provide' invoices, I never give my real supplier details, even if I have one, as its none of their G.D business

vero - well you know the score, you can hit by random, new seller, high-risk brand led (due to more rights owner pressure), or high volume triggered invoice requests....
