Use better privacy along with the Mozilla browser to remove LSO... you can manually remove it from adobe here: How to manage and disable Local Shared Objects

But I would install Better Privacy, along with Mozilla

Is this page coming up for you? ......

Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Website Privacy Settings panel

If so, you can delete manually from there.

Walk throughs are extra.
Always better to say what system is being used and what caused you to have a problem.
Adobe has excellent insstructions. Heck, even I can understand them.... sometimes.
Is it OK now?

IMO, better privacy is the best way to eliminate LSO..... did you have luck with this?

A little. Actually maybe I didn't delete adobe, maybe it was real player. I think it's also called macromedia.

But I have done a search for amazon on my hard drive and one of my computers doesn't show any of Ebay or Amazons cookies

My other computer I have to let be because it is shared by the family. I go into the library folder and delete Amazons cookies and another area to delete them but Ebay has quit throwing them on for some reason. Amazon has thrown on twice as many in the last few days, Amazon icons and such. I did the homework back before starting the accounts, hopefully enough homework. There is a website where you can go and set the global settings but it didn't work. it did work on our 3rd computer though which is much newer

It doesn't matter if you do or do not. The point is to make sure they are separated between accounts. Deleting them guarantees they are not shared.

That is overkill, I use 1 virtual machine without flash installed, so no need to clear flash, just hit ctrl+shift+delete in firefox after first setting it to clear all history in the tools menu and change ip.
