ING works with Paypal?

Does ING works well with Paypal. I see a thread for 08 says that it works okay; however, it's now 2010. What is the update on ING. Can someone display some information about it please!

when the account holder (PayPal) is the same like the account holder on ING, then it work, if not forget it!

ING will close all your accounts!

Actually ING works GREAT for stealth. If you know what you're doing.

It's up to ING to accept the incoming deposit... and you can open and close an account online with them in seconds.

Who wants to argue with me on this?

Oh I can feel it coming.... oh I can sooooo feel it. Come on.... gimme what ya got. I can already hear the "but the names have to match" and "won't the bank get suspicious when you open and close so many" and "no First Edition, it's already been discussed ING doesn't work..." Come on.... I'm waiting.... waiting.
