creating paypal + ebay accounts without bank account

can we do this to allow accounts to age or do we need the bank account when we are creating the accounts?

You can do it either way.You do not need a bank account for buyer account, fund with cc, add bank when you are ready to use it for selling. Do not leave it dormant though, has been causing flags recently, you need to buy on it a few times and surf a bit now and then.

i do that all the time, just register a ebay and matching paypal and let it sit until you need it. No bank accounts needed until your ready to sell.

be advised though that you need to setup paypal first with vcc, and bank account before you go list your first item. if you dont, when you list ebay will ask for bank account to verify after you have used ebay vcc if you do it backwards.

set up paypal first w vcc, and bank.
then setup ebay with vcc, and then link.
do not choose pay ebay fees with paypal.
