Limited and need help

I am limited for "Entropay"

tried to enter in dummy info but didn't work out.

I need a card now to verify my Paypal account. I really don't want to do Walmart debit card..

I am looking for something more instant online so that I can verify now. Any suggestions please.

Is the key to getting verified is having your last name from debit card to match the last name in your paypal account?

That is the confusing part! Help would be greatly appreciated.

Didn't you read the stealth guide? There are MANY options out there for this.... entro pay is not a good idea. Why would you use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info with them any way?
