What do you mean? To call the number or have the 800 number as your caller ID?

If it's the former.... I'm sure it has to do with CID banking regulations.

Companies that pay for incoming calls have the right to know who calls them. I tried spoofing before and I was given that message.

You can spoof call an 800 number, I've done it a lot.

*67 is totally different. I've used spoofapp specifically for calling ebay, paypal, and even some banks, at their 800 number from a spoofed phone number. They have no idea it's not the real deal.

*67 most 800 numbers, and you don't get an error, they just see your number.
