email revision on word?

how do I change, text on an email. I sold something and said I had receipt, which I do from an online shop, but the details on it are different, eg. price I said I paid for for it, I sell so much, I didnt remember and made it up, Ive looked at receipt and its different and they are wanting a copy, I wanna change text, print it off and it should shut them up

so I used to know how to do it, I think it was either onenote or word doc or both, but I tried it and and cannot delete text and add new text...

Not sure I'm understanding this correctly, you want to edit whats on a online receipt? If thats the case you need to hit print screen on the receipt page online then hit cntrl v on paint, save the image and then edit with photoshop

Ive just done it thanks, couldnt open on paint, I converted it somehow and got it on IE then I was able to delete and write stuff using word, I think, damn I wish i had written it down - what I really need is a babysitter, too much commotion round here..
