A buyer emailed scamming me by saying my item wouldn't validate and all this crap. So I cussed his ass out and threaten his family when I lost it... So my question is.. When eBay get the report, will I be suspended?

You should remain professional at all times if there was a problem you should have contacted eBay by chat,email,phone or someway and told them what the buyer was doing so you have a chance of getting in trouble with eBay sorry to hear this.
