Default Back up / ssd

Just some advice, i was thinking about the other day, which i will do myself. I plan on making this ebay a full time job (if i can). Make sure you guys are backing up your excel file and other ebay related info. Being in the IT field i have seen numerous people loose there info due to failed hard drive. I will be buying me a new intel Solid State hard drive for my laptop so won't have to worry about my drive failing on me. I don't know what i would do if i lost my excel sheet with all my info on it and have all of them accounts still up and running.

What i do is have a folder on the root of my c drive called "ebay" then i create a shortcut to it on the desktop for all my user accounts. I put everything ebay related into that folder

Use an offsite backup solution that encrypts your files.... set it to run every night at midnight or 3 am or something... atleast thats what i do!
