Unhappy Permanent Restriction

I received notice today that I have a perm restriction. I am not too surprised, but still annoyed. I'm sad because my stealth accounts are too new to do any real selling.

That is sad to hear - what did you do wrong to get you perm restriction? Discuss so we can learn - you also learned something I am sure. Get your stealth accounts slowly active.

I was doing something I read a hundred times here not to do - messing with ph@kes. I had received a 7 day suspension in Feb. After it cleared, there were 4 pieces on one line that had never caused problems I wanted to move. I got greedy. I got hit with a 30 day suspension yesterday for trademark violation. It looks like that triggered a manual review of my account.

They let me keep my running auctions open. I am going to let the account sit for a while and then appeal.

Ah ok - you kept selling the same thing in spite of 7 day warning and such. Yes that would do it =(

All the best.

No, I immediately stopped selling the item that caused 7-day. Haven't tried relisting that.

Yes,,but what happened is that the 7 day suspension "Flagged" the Account, so your following listings were looked at A LOT Closer, possibly by a Real Person,,,

Whenever you "survive" a Copyright Infringment Suspension,,my experience taught me that you MUST sell 100% Safe and Clean Items from that point on,,,in order to do that you MUST Know all about what you sell

Never asked for invoice. I received several Vero takedown notices, TM notices, and Copyright notices.

after you buy some new accts from the great guys on here who sell them, selling slowly is the key. I was on for 10 yrs and woke up last week and was suspended from paypal for people saying i didnt return there email questions, and i did, and proved to paypal that i did, but it was too bad for me....so they are holding over $3000 for 180 days....Now that i need to protest!!

I have two other accounts that i bought here. They are new, but I have already made sales on one. I was already working on setting up 4 more on my own.

I am also going to get a DBA and setup one account that I will keep clean.

Did you know that you can refund the money to the people that paid you. Obviously it is an issue of trusting that they will send payment to you instead. That is what I did when I got busted a year ago. I refunded all of the money that was being held in my paypal account and the people sent me checks.
