Mc000 suspension/invoices didn't work!!!

i was hit by a MC000 suspension and was asked to send invoices of the listed items, i made the invoices and faxed it to ebay and after 4 days of waiting i got a MC071 and MC170 Notice account suspended invoices didn't work i have used same invoices with paypal and they worked fine,
MY CONCLUSION:
make a new account, build some buyer feedback and wait atleast a month or so to list first item the longer you wait the better it is, don't list items in the fallowing categories in the begning books>others everythingelse>other photograpgh>digital photographs, will get you suspended right away

Also, Do a Lot of Buying,,Real Buying,,like socks, sneakers,, Harddrives, screen Protectors, Pants,ect,ect not .10 eBooks

books>others
everythingelse>other

I'm guessing these were all E-products? That is, delivered digitally?

That would make sense, as eBay doesn't like that type of thing. First, it seems scammy, even if legitimate. Second, they have no idea whether or not the products you are selling infringe on anyone else's copyrights.

I'm not saying that the original poster did anything wrong, but plenty of people have ripped text from eBooks, put a different name on it and tried to sell it as their own on eBay.
