 First Stealth Account! :)

I recently purchase the ebay stealth guide and have read the book twice already. I still have a few questions before I start setting up my stealth accounts. I will start off with a brief intro. Seller Info
I need to set up two accounts so that I can start selling hair products (legit products from my brick and mortar store). I will not be selling any high priced items (over $100) or any VERO items. The only product I will be selling are these hair products. The reason why I want to set up several accounts is to ensure that if one gets shut down, I will still have the other accounts up and running for me to sell on. Question (Seller Name & Address)
If I have already used my real information for a personal account (paypal and ebay) already, do I use a different name for the new account or can I still use my real name? This is very confusing to me because what's going to happen when Paypal asks me to send them my Driver's License and SSN? Now what if I sign up for a ficticious business name, obtain an EIN, obtain a business checking account, and then a obtain NetSpend card. Will this be sufficient? or will they still want to know the owner's SSN?
