Real Bank Acc or VCC/gift card

hi

i am reading stealth amd I have one question thats bugging me - if i open a real bank acc with my real details - add them to p;/p to verify, and they cannot see past my sort and acc # - why do i need a VCC or pre-paid card?

You add a credit card to PP after adding your bank account.

A VCC is used in place of a credit/debit card to remove the annual receiving limit on your PP account, it also allows you to then confirm your address with PP.

I would add a card to your PayPal when you get closer to the receiving limit. Unless you have all your documents ready, then you could add it straight away.
