How to pass it?

I reg pp us with his info and buy a us vps with clear IP.
I know some way to pass secureportal of Ebay.
Some of account I can pass, but some account I can't.
Any one has good idea to pass secureportal of Ebay pls tell me??

Why is it not possible. If they are ur accounts or ur friend accounts u should know this info i would think. This just sounds really fishy to me
