Default PayPal cancelling account, but employee is lifting limits?

I had a limitation appear earlier this month to verify location. They asked me to complete 4 things, 3 of which I did right away. The 4th one I changed my phone number to match my location and made it primary ). Still needed the last one verified. We tried this morning to deal with this to find it had all disappeared ( the 4 things they wanted taken care of ), except for the limitation. We called and told them we did everything and to please release the account. The guy said he would send it in since we had completed everything and it would be available in 24 hrs or less.
I looked in my email and earlier this week PayPay sent me an email stating they were closing down my account. Obviously it's not closed yet and I'm super confused.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Thanks!

Yes, I have experienced this a few times pre-stealth and my accounts were closed for good despite completing the steps.

Got a limitation and steps to resolve it. After completing steps, their seemed to be a delay in them removing the limitation, so I remember calling them and they told me that PayPal had sent out an email a few days back saying my account has been closed.

So yeah, this is just the usual. Once you have that email, it is time to move on, I really hope that this is not such a big deal to you and wish you all the best.

Same old PayPal.

I know this sucks, but we got to make more accounts to keep going. The A-Hole who tells us everything is alright and he will escalate our account to the superior department is always a B*** because he/her knows very well the superior department is going to close the account nomatter what So I don't get why that always happens. I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHO ARE IN CHARGE IN THE ACCOUNT SUPER LIMITIONS DEPARTMENT. Not the one who answers, but the one who decides.

I have never come across anyone that has worked or known someone that has worked for paypal or ebay... I think they fear retaliation.

I have had similar in UK.

I rang pp back and told them the score and they saw from their notes that when I rang up last time the customer service Representative has authorised limits to be removed. They said they will fix straight away and when I log back in its should be sorted. Everything was ok and sorted.

Sometimes, they does be pressing the wrong buttons here and there by accident.

Saying that, I have also had the same experiences as ShadyOne.

I can only conclude.... 50/50 as always with them.... before you contact them I recommend doing a 'good deed' for the day xXx (you neva know)
