Which banks work with paypal lifting limits

Hi i have made the paypal account and ebay under a stealth name and have used a barclays card not i want to lift the receiving limits on paypal but when i clicked on this it comes up with a form to verify the bank details and type in the bank details and it comes up with error by the way im using a barclays card does anyone know which cards will verify the information on the stealth account with my bank card. i would like to know the banks which do not check the name or address and go through to verifiy the account barclays says address is not the same with paypal address

It says error please call your bank as the address on paypal does not match with the address on your card statement

This is the exact message i recieved i have verified the paypal account with the two direct debit payments i am now trying to lift the account limits but its asking me to verify my personal informtation again i type everything in again and get this message below

The credit card has been refused by the bank that issued it for details why your account was refused please contact your credit card issuer customer helpline or you may want to try adding a new card

This means that the address does not match with the card i am trying to verify my details with as it also says the bank card must match with the credit card statement address where your statements are send and this is by using a barclays debit card on a business paypal account i dont think it asks this on a normal paypal account
