Question Phone rederection
Just try https://www.tollfreeforwarding.com
and buy phone redirection to mobile (lycamobile.co.uk).

When i try to call it takes ~7 sec delay then call, is not problem with paypal because of that long delay in redirection?

Im not sure with regards the redirection but I shouldnt have imagined that would be a problem.

Most of us UK people use Soho66, only costs £2.40 per number and also allows you to pick a number geographically located near to you.
