Default No Selling Limits!!! : )

I just recently set up a new eBay/Paypal account and used a new bank account/debit card from it and got NO SELLING LIMITS! Has anyone else had this recently? I think it might have something to do with the first item you try to list and the category chosen. Any thoughts appreciated and maybe we can figure out how to do this so no one gets limits

What is the 30 day limit notice? So you originally had no limits? Stealth account?

Hmmm, you added your debit card to PayPal?

Most people will not have any success with this because they will fail AVS, as their real address obviously differs from their stealth address.

Is your stealth address completely different from your real address/debit card address?

Sold numerous items so far. eBay forced me to add a debit/credit card before even listing my first item for sale. Does this make sense?

I just used the debit card from my real info. bank account. Supposedly only the street number and zip code have to match.

Wait until you have sold at least 10 items - how many have started listing with?

I listed 84 items. It's been great for a couple of weeks now. I've sold around 40 items so far, computer accessories. I don't know why this account had no limits but when I made another for backup it has the limits

Yes, eBay/Paypal both business accounts. The first item I listed was a book, then went to more higher priced items. I wonder if this caused the no limits?

I never had a Selling Limit either. I also began on a business account too. However...by the rules, I listed slowly each week, increasing my listings every Friday. I also transferred money in small increments to my bank account. That worked for me, but maybe not for others.
To all of the 'Newcomers', if you Stealth, list, and say to yourself, "hey, this stuff is easy! And try to transfer funds "selfishly", and in a hurry to get that money, just keep in mind that "greed" WILL get the best of you and your new account! I promise, just when things CANNOT go wrong, they will.

If you will balance your listings out with your PP transfers...you'll do well!

Good Luck!

Sometimes accounts will slip through without limits I've got several myself, I don't think there's an exact science to it, just a glitch in the system or they could be doing it randomly since there's no difference between the ones I have with limits or without, both made the same.

Im beginning to think it may have something to do w/ the first category you list your firstt item in. Also I really am wondering if they match name to address. Can't they look up and see if a name belongs at that household? The one where I used my real name with a second house of mine was the one with no limits...hmm

The ones I have never sold anything also some adresses were real and some weren't both with made up names, maybe I got lucky and the names and adresses were close to real ones. I'm gonna try using a real name with matching address and see.

I don't know how ebay does their selling limits. I have created several stealth, some had selling limits, some didn't. Here are the ranges.

Account A: 10 item selling limit or $500

Account B: NO SELLING LIMIT

Account C: 10 item selling limit or $1000.

Now, how does that add up?? I made all the accounts in the same manner, yet each has received different results. Then, to add to the puzzle. A couple of the 10 item selling limit (w/ $1000 limit) maxed out at 4 items before I got message from ebay stating I reached my selling limit, though I had 10 selling limit. And, no, I hadn't reached the dollar amount limit neither.

I don't think there is a real method to their madness ....

Did you use your real address for the account with no limit? I'm starting to think they are matching up names and address.
