Default Light discussion of ebay - contribute experiences if applicable

I am wondering on folx' recent experience with ebay after your paypal has been suspended. It seems (from what I have been reading here and elsewhere), ebay is shutting down accounts actively after paypal becomes axed.

In the past I have had ebay accounts keep going in spite of paypal going down but there seems to be increased linkage between the two.

Anyone else seeing this?

they are definately linked in UK, if there is a problem with paypal suspension the ebay account also becomes often NARU until you get pp sorted....

Other way round though when ebay account becomes suspended and Ive made new ebay account (6 months later) and attached it to that paypal that has previously had banned ebay attached (with variated name on ebay account) this time Ive managed to sell on it for quite a while...

When the paypal is a gonner though I believe this may be more tricky...

True - when the eb account goes down, if pp is still in goodstanding, I have managed to go around it (even though I know linked, etc) - I just make new eb and nurture again.

In the past, when pp goes down, eb account still can remain alive but I am wondering if that "loophole" is now auto-solved based on what I am seeing...
