Activity: 0% Longevity: 79% | | How to get re-instated
Hey,
My eBay account was recently suspended. I believe that is was suspended for being in-active, considering I didn't use it for over a month. When I logged back on the other day I was hit with the "MC115 NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension".
I called in eBay customer support and was told that they could do little over the phone to re-instate my account and to reply directly to the MC115 Notice email.
I proceeded to do that, and have yet to receive a response, it has been over a week now.
What would be the best thing to do over-all?
Thnx

Easier to just open a new account with the same details, if you were only suspended for being inactive.

This is how you get reinstated ---> Kiss it goodbye and create a stealth account. If your selling f a k e crap then I am glad you got suspended.

I have one I have never used, has to be a year old now. I actually forgot I had it til they sent me an e-mail recently. Just a friendly reminder from them, no suspensions.
I regularly go months without using my main account, no problem.

@Maineone1, a lot depends on how well you "value" the account - feedback, status, etc.
Recently, I had a new account - bought a little, began selling - got hit with MC115.
While I am fully aware that I am linked if I open new accounts, I did so anyway. Made a new eb ay account, added 2nd e-mail to my pp and same process. 5 weeks later - the account is still good - except for selling limits but whatever ha. I sold my limit for the first month and now month 2, I have a new cycle going.
I added a 3rd email (new eb ay account) and am repeating the process.
Shrug, this is one of the ways I operate - specific to this "window user account" ha.

after your first sale, I have found that you can leave your acc for a few months and then hop on and sell with no flags.....
however there is a danger period if you make an acc with no activity and leave it dormant, the bots pick it up as a sleeper...so have a flurry of activity browsing preferably buying before your first sale, then you can relax.........

This particular cycle is an active one. Done this for few in the past - been lazy with them - they are still alive and will need to be re-nurtured back into existence. Thanks for the reminder.
