Default USPS Mail Forwarding (?)

Need a bit of help with this. I only ship USPS.

The person lives at 5000 W Street
. The Ebay/Paypal account is at 3000 W Street.

If i forward the mail from 3000W Street to 1000W Street will the person still receive his regular mail at 5000W Street where he resides?

I have access to 1000W Street, but not 5000W or 3000W. This would be in case of buyer returns.

What are you trying to say, that the person you sold something to lives a few blocks from the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address you used on your account?

That's what I gathered too. But also he his wanting to forward mail from the stealth address that is in a stealth name, to his real address.

I could be way off base but couldn't that be considered Mail Fraud?

It's a real person, and I have all their info. It's a seller account, not a buyer account.

The person lives at A, however A is a previously suspended address.

Address B is a random address which I put in Paypal/Ebay, C will be an address I will have access to.

I know I could forward from B ( this is the ebay/paypal address) to A where the person resides, however I don't want to bother them with packages, returns, especially since I will be buying a bunch of crap in the first months to build feedback.

However I wanted to know if I could forward from B to C where I have access to, but I don't want the persons regular mail he receives at A to be forwarded to me. That's what I wanted to know, if they will still receive regular mail at address A.

Holy cr*p you really jumped into a weird situation here.

Couple things to bear in mind with USPS:

You will need to provide ID at the counter to do mail forwarding, or provide a credit card online to do it with their online form (I assume gift cards will work for this)

Mail forwarding isn't permanent.

If you mail from A to B (for example), and B can't get it, USPS will return the mail to A, assuming your return address is on there, for free. But it could take a couple weeks.

I believe you can send mail to the local post office with a request that it be forwarded to an address. Not sure if that would help. This gets the local post code stamped on the letter/package regardless of where it really came from.

Well these are all relatives of my wife. Last time she sent a letter to USPS, confirming that she was the authorized person to forward the mail. But that time was a different situation as I just had to forward from A to B ( not to mention the address number was next to each other, probably wasn't even necessary to forward but I figured better be safe )

This situation this time is a bit different. Since I have to forward from B to C, but I need the person that lives at address A to still receive their regular mail at address A. I only need the packages/mail forwarded from B to C.

It's a bit confusing I know, maybe somebody will figure it out what I meant

All this has not been done yet, as I'm trying to gather opinions first.

Chime in people, don't shy away

They will get their mail still if you fill out the forwarding paperwork in just your name.

It would be no different if 4 different roomates lived at one address. One moves and has his mail forwarded. The other 3 people would still get their mail. only the person that forwarded with have the change.

Am I on the right track here or not.?

The problem is that ALL of your mail will be forwarded, not just pkgs. There is no way that I know of for this to work any other way. sounds like you need to just get a po box and go that route.
