Default Greendot charges 5.95 every month

That what my agreement said in the mail. How is that possible? I will be closing that very soon if that is an accurate statement.

The Kroger prepaid debit cards charges $3 per month. Or tell yourself that $4.95 is the expense of doing business on eBay.

Not sure which one you are buying but the walmart greendot cards charge $3 per month. Got the agreement right in front of me.

The student edition is $6 per month.

If you load 1k per month then they waive it.

$3 to load any amount over $20

Yeah not good for a resting stealth account. I wonder if they are going to give up my real info, since they are in bed with eBay

There is no way to know how "in bed" they are with ebay. YOu have to remember ebay and pp are not banks so the bank sharing thing it out the window.

They do not reveal much or I would not be able to use them. My details are way different than what I use

I personally think the $5.95 is worth it. I havent started using the GreenDot yet. I have my personal account, but thats it. Ive actually had it for about 2 years now. In my opinion, even if they charge me $10 per month, I'd still use it. But it really depends on how much you're bringing in each month. Gotta think about long-term. Im gonna start trying out GreenDot's next week, because I like the fact that its one of those cards that are in every store. I just hope it'll work with the temporary card.

Don't let prepaid card rest more than 30 days if your going to open alot of them. They might look suspicious. Just taking precautions.

Just $5.95 a month? That is definitely better than Wells Fargo at $10, US Bank $6.95, and BOA at $12 a month. Great deal. And there are no other fees using Greendot opposed to regular banks whose primary job is to nickel and dime your accounts any way possible. I will be opening more Greendot accounts.

Its not really a big deal if your using the account. I just don't like a company getting any more money from me. i guess it just bothers my inner jew.

3 bucks for a good account is nothing.

I don't use GD but for 3.00 I might start as that is extremely cheap on a good running account.
