Transfer all user account info between MACs?

Hey,
Possible it is question to more MAC oriented forums, but anyway...

I run successfully 12 user accounts on my MacPro with 12 stealth accounts with 12 VPN, of course, there is unique info on each account as cookies, flash cookies, history , etc. So far everything is ok, but!
Now I would like to migrate for eBay/Paypal actions to my MacBook for more mobility and my question is:

Is there any way to transfer all user accounts with all current info to another MAC? I know that is Backup to transfer HD data, but it is included user accounts info too?
I would like to run with the same info contain user account to my new MAC, it is generally possible?

Mac OS is 10.6 Snow Leopard.

Isn't it possible to get a transfer cable and basically transfer the contents of the first Mac drive to the 2nd one?

Thanks!! Just resolved smoothly...Migration assistant thru firewire transferred all user accounts with actual contents!
