Default 2nd level of selling limits - any info anyone?

Hi all,
have a decent eb acc that is going well, approaching 500 fb, pp al verified and limits lifted, had 100 item a month restriction for 3 months, which was removed on day 91, so all looking good.

Then tried to list items as usual last night, to be told i couldnt list any more.

Including live listings and items sold for this month, looks like i am around the 1,000 mark - is this likely to be my limit now?

If so, what do you all suggest i do to lift limits? Is it worth phoning them? Now gearing up for busy season, and i need to list more than this, as it is all low value stuff, albeit with a great mark-up.

Listings are a mixture of shop items (featured shop) and 3-day auctions, which i try and do 7 days a week, to help get customers into my shop.

Cheers,
Daz

They certainly are a pain!
Am registered as business seller as well, they can see i am growing my business and then doing this to me!

Does anyone have any experience with this happening to them, and if so what do you suggest - should i email or call them?

Will this mean them putting my acc under scrutiny?

I got limited on a account today after the 10th item sold for the month. It actually said in the email it is part of an effort to help increase my sales. So let me get this straight!? They limit my account so they can review and help my sales??? Crazy!!! To top it off, this account I already passed the initial ID verify.... Now I am getting verified again. The limitation email said ebay Australia. Maybe I broke a foreign policy I was not aware of. Last time they got back to me within 24hrs. but that time I faxed the documents. Wanted to see if emailing them in reply would work as has been discussed here before.

No Vero items for me - I am convinced this was to avoid an ID verify from hitting transaction limits.

No warnings, no emails, nothing - checked dsrs and all ok, no visible problems. Selling very low risk vero items, wont say what but have sold on accounts for 3-4 years in past with no problems. Have emailed them to ask what's up but no response yet
