Giving too many second chance offers to suspension?

I have realized when I give too many second chance offers a few days later I get suspended or something. Is this normal?

There's a theory new accounts suffer with them. Some users are OK, others are not.

The punishment is levelled at new accounts, low feedback & highish risk items.

If these second chance offers are taking you over the selling limits on the acccount then this could explain it.

I had a read of the threads in Greenbean's links. On Ebay UK, second chance offers currently do count toward selling limits on accounts.
