Giving too many second chance offers to suspension?

I have realized when I give too many second chance offers a few days later I get suspended or something. Is this normal?

It depends how and what you are selling

There's a theory new accounts suffer with them. Some users are OK, others are not.

The punishment is levelled at new accounts, low feedback & highish risk items.

If these second chance offers are taking you over the selling limits on the acccount then this could explain it.

I had a read of the threads in Greenbean's links. On Ebay UK, second chance offers currently do count toward selling limits on accounts.

Yes, these do take me over the selling limits. How do I know if it takes me over for the usa? I can't seem to find the info on ebay...
