Unhappy Restricted indefinately but still selling with GTC listings. Any chance at all?

I received the restricted indefinately notice on April due to a Vero issue.

I then contacted the Vero member because it was only a misunderstanding. They actually contacted Ebay and ebay reinstated those listing but still keep restricted indefinately decision.

Since then I've tried calling them writing to them but they said the decision is final.

I've been a power seller for over 5 years and all of my income is from eBay. I know there is an option for Stealth account and I've created one now has 19 feedback.

However, my old account has 27,500+ feedbacks with 99.7% rating and it's still selling with GTC items (over 17,000 listings). I can neither list new items nor revise listings meanning I will have to end listings if there is any change.

I know this account will eventually die because the listing QTY has dropped by more than 1000( it was almost 19,000) since April.

What do you suggest that I do? Is there any chance at all that eBay will reinstate a restricted indefinately account, after a period of time? It's been 5 months by now and I am still selling and not voilating any policy. I really don't want to let it go. I spend long time building this account. With a Stealth account meaning the business is no longer legit and it's really sad.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Thanx
Ray

It might work and might now. Try emailing them or calling them and explaining the situation. Hope it turns out well for you. Ebay is going mainstream these days elminating the small sellers and only want authorized resellers for there business so that they don't get no complaints. Too bad even authorized resllers get complaints and tons of them.

Ebay is very fickel, hope for the best but prepare for the worst. I would just ride that account until the wheels fall off. I know it sucks but ebay is a monster that cannot be tamed... your best best is to open multiple stealth accounts as backups for future reference.
