Hi
I just got one of my ebay accounts suspended. Ebay wanted me to send them the following:
Proof of your name
Proof of your address
Proof of ownership of goods
I really had no clue what to do, so I have just left that account and just made a new ebay account. The account didnt have much feedback so I didnt really mind.
My question is, Does this type of suspension occur alot? Thanks

no I do not agree with others, ebay accounts do get reinstated all the time, the fact you are being asked for info, means they are giving you a chance. yes you send them what they require, yes it happens alot and the account can possibly be salvaged. What was the MC notice? MC081 for example - they are often just triggered by bots....
I agree with oompa, right before you move on, send the documents in. Not only may you have a chance of getting reisntated but you get the practise in for the future.

The last 5 accounts I have had suspended have all been reinstated (even one that was actually banned!)
It's been really strange lately as I upload docs and it seems that someone in the U.S. doesn't like them....so I then fax them to the U.K. (0207) fax number and they are accepted.
From my experience, as long as you give them what they want (documents) and as long as documents info matches registration info they reinstate your account in less than 5 minutes (go to live chat and talk with them)

The real question I have is where and how can you make these documents up?

Well....Hopefully some members here will help you out on this. If your account is stealth of course. If real info is in question you can just send them.
