Default Wierd Scammer Situation? What to do

Hi Friends!
I hope everyone is having a great day!?

Ok so I get an email last night from a buyer. She said she was having troubles emailing me through ebay. She bought my item and literally emailed me the day she got the item. It was a $40 item. Yes vero item, but authentic... She goes on and on about how she doesnt like it and wants all her money back including return shipping, etc,etc

Then she goes into threats like if you don't "I will report it as ⊗⊗⊗⊗!". Notify ebay and notify paypal...

Now normally I just refund and move on.... Its not worth the time.

However when I looked it up she left me glaring positive feedback... Then I realize she is no longer a registered user...

Now with the rule changes that you must contact buyer through ebay first before filing dispute... Also I do believe if she tries to open a claim she will be directed back to ebay. Where she is banned.

What to do?

Refund and cancel - I don't really see the problem. If she is no longer registered, she can't do a claim via eb - pp is a different matter...

I am wondering though has she tried and is being re-directed to ebay and she cant do anything cause she is banned? This is where I am unsure of the situation.

exactly, paypal will not do a claim if it is bought via ebay, buyer gets re-directed, do not know about NARU situation though, they may be able to contact paypal customer support and file a claim, but I do not think it is automatic.

I believe there was an update that buyers are re-directed to ebay. I am trying to find it now.

She is only a buyer with 2 feedback... And honestly if she was reasonable and would explain what the problem is I could have it replaced, but she wont even go as far as to say exactly what the problem is. Just I want MONEY MONEY MONEY...NOW NOW NOW...

Hi guys! I am here to post an update!
Today it did go into a case! There was no other option but to refund. Basically now she got a refund and my item.

It gets better! This is a account with 21 day holds... Her payment was still on hold. When she filed a claim, paypal put a hold on funds that have already been released from a previous sale (released this morning). So she got her full refund, my item and the refund came from a different sale. So her payment is still on hold. What a crock of crap. Just goes to show that again we the seller get screwed from every angle. All the is left for me to do is bend over cause I got FU@K@D...

Oh and now I got a crappy Item was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ on my account, which it was not

So boys and girls lesson learned... Buyers (scammers) still rule and we get boffed in the arse every time...

Now breathe.... Take in the lesson learned... move on...

To my understand, PP will only refund the money she sends. PP won't do a double refund, i think.
If your correct it was a double refund, maybe call up PP.

Nope only refund money from cash that was available... Not from the money still on hold. All I have to do is wait the 21 days to get those funds back... However I did learn some things here...

No matter what the situation is with buyer they can file a claim. There is again no seller protection at all...

Christ it is so easy to scam sellers on ebay these days. Why are they not doing ANYTHING to prevent this kind of stuff...

Did she get reinstated since then? I cannot see how she can do such things, you have her info right? where does she work? Is she on facebook? I'd ask nicely for my money back

I contacted one lady via facebook when I suspected it was going the claim direction. I made a bogus id then ask them if they've bought anything online recently and are they being a good boy or girl
