I have a stealth ebay and paypal account with name and address linked as normal and can I change name and address on both accounts?

Can I change my address only then surely people do move house don't they
so this would be normal

If any of you are into offshore banking or were into offshore banking, There are some great books on names and what you can change. For example changing or adding a "sir"name like Lord or Sir will get you better treatment with most companys. This is completey legal as long as that name has not already being used.

YES as long as you have no criminal convictions or out standing warrants then this is possible to be changed to Lord Micky Mouse
