GC drama

it seems as if GC has scammed me.

I sold about 2500 worth of items, shipped ASAP, full tracking and all. now as a new seller I have to wait 10 days for my payout, no biggie right?

I receive an email today from GC, they suspended my account and all the money not paid out yet (which is ALL OF IT) has been refunded to the customers, now mind you they ALL have been delivered and the customers are all happy with their order (happier now that its free)

any ideas before I go to their main office

GCO is fail. Have never had one account stay open.

Very rough to hear - I was thinking of re-exploring GC but this is disgusting.

I have found GC to be very critical and always had something to give me xxxx about. I just scratched them from my business plan and moved on
