Update AMEX SIMON

I opened up my first paypal stealth and ebay account and to lift paypal limits I used an AMEX Simon card and it worked. After I purchased the card I called the 800 number and registered the information on the stealth paypal account. I believe paypal charges $1 to the card to make sure it works. Is this correct? Also after I used it on my paypal account and lifted the limits I went and spent the remaining balance (19$). Will that mess anything up since now there is no money on the card?

Makes no difference on the balance... IMO you did it exactly the right way.

Won't be messed up - just don't make purchases with the card.

As pepsimax asked, I too would like to know where you got the card.

I purchased it from my local mall and unfortunetly I already made a purchase with the card. Hope it will not mess anything up. It was a one time purchase and I just used up the card for gas so the money did not go to waste.
