Suggestion for using accounts when away from USA

Hi guys

I'm in the US so i need to run my ebay accounts for less than a month from south america (colombia) so If I use Teamviewer or RDP from a computer located there, will this give me an option to Log in in all my windows user accounts?
Can eBay suspend me if I do this based on my IP location or they only see the IP from US?
Last year eBay suspend my two solid eBay accounts, because I access them from another country. What will be the best option to access my new account from Colombia without another problem for around a month?

Seriously all you should consider doing is calling ebay/paypal & advising them you will be overseas. Ask THEIR advice what to do & get the name of the staff person (preferably a manager/supervisor)...

I remotely connect to my PC when I'm over seas and it uses the ip where the pc you are controlling is at. Much better then VPN!

That's not ureasonable to suggest.

But where's the back-up plan for power failures etc....

They make stuff for that too. I bought one for 150$ I has 8 plugs and can power a pc and everything connected for couple hours. But power usually doesn't go out. This world for me.
