Wow slow down for a second and think about it before you start a war and everyone including you gets hurt!
As far as i know ebay considers those kindof reports only for buyers. Which kind of makes sense. Someone needs to own this item in order to report that it might be foofoo.
If ebay says that there were multiple reports it doesn't really mean that there werre MULTIPLE. It could be a simple stupid email from one buyers that even could post a positive feedback or no feedback at all sending an email to ebay saying that it didn't work or if you are not sure if it is authentic based on so and so.

I'm just saying that you should think twice before you start a war. AS you sad yourself there is only 3-4 of you guys selling that item. You guys just gonna kill each other accounts and possibly raise red flags on this item and get ebay to keep closer look on this item!.

And this is a BIG one! IF you guys wanna kill each other and kill the item that sells so well why don't you just tell me what it is?))))_

If the competition takes you out over and over again then you have to do something.

I have an account that had this issue and I believe I know who is causing the problems because they are all buyers from states in and close to Missouri.

How odd is that someone from 2-3 states buys items and sends almost the exact same message?

I cannot prove of course they are trying to take this account down but I know in my heart that this is the same person who thinks they are going to take away the business in this area.

Not going to happen.....

They might as well give up.....

Marketing tells me to start listing items in groups at a wholesale price to combat their almost free giveaways.

Selling 20.00 items for 0.01 all day long wont last long with no profits, but since I cannot prove it is this person I will just fight fire with fire and take away 90% of his customers.

People like this push me to think and when I think I do not lose.

I would find a way to fight them through marketing, gimmicks, offer something with it as an incentive etc to take away their business.

I know the feeling. I sold a couple of autographed items I got at one of the primaries and a jerk off **** seller kept reporting me to Ebay. The **** even emailed my buyers telling them they were ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and to report me. They were 100% authentic, I even posted pictures of the signing. Hell, I only sold two autographed items in a year! Low and behold, two weeks later, I just got my suspension email that they were banning me yesterday. This is a year old account with perfect feedback. Would anyone be interested in helping me getting the other guy banned as well? I am beyond furious right now. I'd pay money if someone could get him kicked off the site as well. Any takers???

Ok but the item is legitimate and not counterfeit or unauthorized. What else must I do to prove this?

ebay:

Thank you for writing eBay in regard to item xxxxxx that was removed.

Please understand that eBay isn't in a position to judge the
authenticity of items that sellers list on the site. Your listing was
removed because it contained some questionable content.

i will tell you this much, if you start reporting you competitors for selling it it will blacklist the item itself the more reports the higher the risk of selling it, just make lots of stealth accounts. also list as auctions then send out second chance offers that's what i do, you will also find the ceiling your item is worth, you might only sell 1 every other day but it will be twice the price, then think second chance offers, Box Clever

If you have a good profit margin and can afford a few dollars to sell more under the radar, couldn't you just list the item as USED and be specific that the item is in GEM MINT NEW PRISTINE condition?
