Very VERY VERY, I cant stress the very enough, slow. Site needs a lot of work. they have a million listings of the same product that other sellers make and wont allow you to sell that item.
Took me ALONG time to get approved and now im regretting the time, effort and money I put into getting approved on there.
Think if it like this... at least 50% of the items I sell are on amazons best sellers list for their category and I sell in 5 categories. Im selling the same items on buy.com and to date ive only gotten 6 sales. My price is FAR below buy.com or any other sellers price.
I think the lack of sales are due to no paypal. Ppl are used to paying with paypal on buy.com and unlike amazon where everyone is on a level playing field ( payment wise ) buy is on the upper level while you are left to scavenge on the bottom.
hope that helps, dont let it discourage you thats for sure stuff might pick up as you get featured or around xmas time but boy is that a long time to wait..
