after i got off the phone with paypal that day my funds where avaliable for withdrawal and i withdrawn on my limited account. just checked today since the funds never arrived to my bank and the payment was reversed. what the heezy. how there going to release the funds and reverse it. on top of that they reversed all my funds i received now i gotta call them again to get the matter straighten out. can i use google voice to call paypal?

rsot 04-19-2012 02:08 PM

You can call them - your bank is confirmed? Maybe wrongly typed? I just did a 180 withdrawal without problems.

Viciousfan1 04-20-2012 01:13 AM

yeah called them they said it was a technical problem and would hear from them in 24hrs

rsot 04-20-2012 01:36 PM

It's a start - keep at them - don't just think they will call after 24 hours because they be slow at times.

baloch 04-20-2012 02:59 PM

man paypal is starting to look real shady. Their business ethics are off the chart. Just like 'Nonetheless' call them every hour if you have to.

Viciousfan1 04-21-2012 10:59 AM

yeah im trying to transition to paymate after sending them everything to what kind of tooth brush i use.

Update:

Will looks like i will "NOT" be getting my funds, which means paypal dont have to give you your funds at the end of 180 days no matter what you think. heres my situation my paypal account was limited i had perfect feedback and perfect dsr, whatever and later got limited. this account was new opened in september closed in december around 50 or so feedback eBay. was told to wait 180 days when it got closer to the time to release funds paypal asked for tracking.(ps i already provided this but ill give it again.)(also during this time i learned that it was a problem on the buyers side, they didnt tell me what. anywho they said i was covered for sellers protection so whatever buyer address was confirmed and everything.) again funds where recovered let me keep waiting. a week later received a email funds are avaliable for withdraw. withdrew the funds. was waiting days checking my bank account no funds. humm where are they i ask. checked my paypal to see if it said completed. not only were the funds reversed but now my account was negative(they reversed my last three transactions) which was all the transactions i did with that account that month.(for no reason buyers didnt open a dispute or anything.) i didnt know they were reversed because i guess paypal doesnt send emails saying such. so i called and called every single day hearing something different. saying you have to wait another month,to humm thats strange. finally i was told another investigation has been opened and should take 48hrs. received a phone call from paypal about adding funds to my account. i said uh no finally they explained what happened. there excuse was we did a investigation and determined you were selling "empty boxes"??? that really was there excuse in no way did i. i finally raised my voice for the first time ever to mr PayPal employee finally i get directed to ms paypal herself or she says shes the manager or whatever. Now she explains the samething saying we had an investigation and the buyer said they received empty boxes. i complained more she said shes going to submit some files and docs and open a short 24hr investigation. But at this point with everything i just received regarding this account i'm just going to go with PayPal policys have changed and they are out to scam. out of all the 180 day waits i had with accounts to being able to withdraw 45 days later this is a first. Never did i have to supply so much information/make so many calls, for a limited paypal account. paypal is the internet king and they know it thats why they can get away with things like this which is far from right and i guess there is really nothing i can do but ask for more hours at work since i might be too scared to every trust paypal. but imma try not to let it bring me down to bad because no mistakes to great to recover and bounce back.

Notes:
Some probably would say that i should split large transactions into smaller payments but then i would have to provide tracking for all those payments. why did they get reversed i have no idea. but the main transaction is the one at the top of this page. so yeah. also that was his second time purchasing from me.

Viciousfan1 04-23-2012 11:27 AM

and thats the real story no bs. nothing crazy left out and for all those that did 180 day withdraws recently maybe they didnt pick on you cause you weren't crazy enough to leave thousands inside the account for them to add to there millions.

rsot 04-23-2012 11:33 AM

Really sux to hear - just had 180 day clear of an account with 5 digits so not necessarily the amount involved.

oompaloompa 04-23-2012 11:34 AM

how many buyers did they say received empty boxes?

were there disputes on your account?

Viciousfan1 04-23-2012 02:01 PM

there wasn't any disputes. i never received those as i always fixed the problem before anything escalated. they wouldn't tell me much, but as far as i know one customer. because i shipped two orders for one customer and they said the customer received empty boxes. my response was no those boxes weren't empty and he just kept saying the samething(with a attitude) after going back in forth he went and got his manager. who said according to the investigation the orders shipped where empty boxes??? if boxes where empty why didn't this customer contact me or open a dispute. that's what i would have done. it doesn't make since and sounds fishy. So Paypal got on a plane flew to the buyer house and asked if they received the order?? come on please come better than that PayPal. I'm not gone give up though imma just try to keep calling until they get some sense. Maybe there minds is all messed up from hangovers this weekend or something.

newjerseymax 04-24-2012 01:09 PM

This is a sad story! I am sending you lots of good karma... It all I can offer from here...sorry :)

Viciousfan1 04-24-2012 08:38 PM

Thanks im going to stay positive and keep going strong.:fight:

GreenBean 04-24-2012 08:58 PM

So at the same time, you have had paypal making allegations of speaking to your bank? Are these funds in the same bank?

You are being checked out.

Is there any chance of a link anywhere/anyhow?

I dont know how many accounts you have. Go over everyone and make sure nothing links.

There's something out of order. :spy:

Viciousfan1 04-24-2012 09:27 PM

2 eBay and PayPal still standing. No problems.Same banks,TCF. No links use VPN and different ip address. Probably linked by same bank and merchandise not really sure. I'm starting to think the PayPal guy was in fact trying to get me to spill something.

rsot 04-24-2012 09:38 PM

What kind of stuff you selling and how much amount has gone through your accounts?

GreenBean 04-24-2012 09:52 PM

that's hardly the issue.

OP's issue is does paypal 'suspect' a link.

Same bank
same merchandise
One account dead in the water.

What's next

Question occurred. Has the paypal staffer said which department he's from?

Could be big guns in play here. :spy:

Viciousfan1 04-25-2012 09:05 PM

the payment i received was fraudulent which is why they wont let me withdraw it on the buyers end. it isnt right because it took them 5 and a half months for them to tell me this and they said i was eligible for seller protection. smh

Viciousfan1 04-25-2012 09:09 PM

i meant to put i think at the beginning of that sentence.
