no it will not give you a new mac address to answer your question, mac address is assigned per you ip and computer your using.
ways to change ip/mac
1. use VMWare to run any operating system while still using your main cpu
2. release your ip and renew it by opening "cmd" and typing in "ipconfig /release" then type in "ipconfig /renew" unplug your internet connection shutdown your cpu turn it all back on except and go back into "cmd" and type the same commands in
3. if (2) doesn't work try logging into the router and cloning your mac address and then follow the same steps in 2 except releasing and renewing.
