Buying postage labels through paypal

Hi,

In the UK, does buying tracked postage labels (Royal Mail 1st class recorded and special delivery) through paypal speed up the release of the 21 day hold on funds? I read that in the US paypal automatically tracks when items are delivered and releases the funds.

Sorry to say, no it doesn't.

Funds are released on buyer feedback or 21 days after payment made, whichever is sooner.
